A self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial attitude is needed to manage the development and operation of the Upper Limits Downtown Climbing Gym. Sports facility management, Recreation, business, or marketing experience is preferred. Upper Limits offers unique job benefits, including a fun and relaxed work environment.
Responsibilities include: Supervision of 15-20 part-time employees, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the facility, policy development, business planning, budgeting, program and customer instruction, risk management, and customer relations. The Gym Manager also performs light maintenance of facilities and equipment and a range of related duties under the general direction of the Owners and other authorized company representatives. Climbing skills are not necessary, basic training will be provided.
- Prior experience managing staff
- College degree in related field
