Gym Rental

Upper Limits private gym rental packages are great for retreats, youth groups, employee parties and special events! Packages provide use of the gym during specified hours and offer the option of group Rock Gym 101, Group Adventure or Open Climbing.

Advance reservations and a nonrefundable $300 deposit are required to secure private gym use. Dates and times are subject to availability and may not be available during holidays. All participants must sign an Upper Limits Liability Waiver and Rules Agreement before climbing. Participants under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian initial and sign the waiver. Prices subject to change without notice.

Rental Availability

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 10 p.m. - 12 a.m.
Tuesday, Thursday 10 p.m. - 12 a.m.
Saturday 8 p.m. - 12 a.m.
Sunday 6-10 p.m.

Group Options

Rock Gym 101
An introductory lesson to indoor rock climbing including knot tying, safety checks, proper equipment usage, climbing commands and belaying for a climber. Fee includes two hours of instruction, rental harness, rental belay device and climbing for the time remaining after the lesson.

20-49 Participants:

50 or More Participants:
• Gym Rental Fee $150
• + Per Person Fee $20

Group Adventure
Ideal for groups that do not know how to belay and would like to climb without taking a class. This package includes two and a half hours of climbing and a harness for each climber. A minimum of one adult chaperone for every five climbers is required.

20-49 Participants:

• + Per Person Fee $20

50 or More Participants:
• Gym Rental Fee $150
• + Per Person Fee $15

Open Climb
For groups that have their own belayers and are not interested in receiving instruction. A minimum of one belayer is requested for every five climbers. Each belayer must pass a belay check before they will be allowed to belay in the gym, unless they have been previously certified at Upper Limits. Includes climbing and harness rental. Other rental gear is available for an additional charge: belay device $3, shoes $4, chalk $3.
