The St. Louis Location does not mail order gear, orders can only be placed through the Bloomington Location.

Ordering: You can call and place your order over the phone via the Bloomington location at 309-829-8255. Email to staff@upperlimits.com or snail mail it to the Bloomington address.
Shipping: We can ship your order to you anywhere in the continental US for $5.95. Additional shipping charges apply for large or heavy items such as crash pads and hand holds.
Returns: For liability reasons we cannot accept returns on technical climbing gear. This includes: harnesses, hardware, ropes and webbing products. Other items may be returned for a refund minus original shipping cost after approval from Upper Limits. The item must be unused with all original tags attached.
